Mcm dh x nk je....

Hello everyone... lama ak x update kan.. hehe... bosan la weh... korg2, ak ni cm dh brubh la.. mamat tu wat ati ak tawar dh ngn die... die mcm xleh terima ak seadanya.... huhu.. suh ak g slimworld la.... suh ak wat tu, wat ni.. ckp muke byk tahi lalat la, bibir berkedut la, mate mcm lari skit la... hello.. nk ak ke xnk? np xleh terima ak seadanya? u tu so perfect ker??? huh....


klu korg jdi ak la kan, pe korg wat?? then lg 1, actually ke'manja'an die tu kkdng naik merimaskan ak laaa.... ak tgh drive pon duk nk kacau2 ak. adeh.... plz la.. ak xtau die ni mcm ni.. lemas ak... pastu die suke sgt cubit2 tgn ak.. ak dh ckp sakit tp die ckp die suke cubit2 ak.. sakit kot.. pnh smpai lebam.. menangis dh ak... cmne ni weh... ak xnk la weh... die plak dh ckp serius ngn mak die psl tunang.. ak x nakkkk... x sediaaa... xnk laaaa..... nnt dl laaa... huhu....


nk wat cmne ni.. nk ckp cm ne ngn die... xleh main2 ni.. ak nk idup lama nnt.. serabut laaa... serius, makin hari, makin jaoh hati ak.. sekali sekala duk komen psl ak xpe gak, ni slalu.. terasa ati kot ak ni.. pnh skali tu die time ktorg jln2 kat area tmn perumahan, ak msuk la simpan jln mati.. jln tu pejln kaki n motor je yg muat lalu.. ak ckp la cmni.. 'alamak.. jln mati..'... pastu die jwb cmni... 'adoiii.. mn la muat nk lalu celah2 besi tu.. entah2 die nk lalu pon blm tentu muat..' pedih kot ati ak dgr even die ckp slow je.. buat ak makin twr ati la..


knp la org yg mak ak x restu tu jugk yg ak rs masih terbaek utk jg ngn lyn ak smpai ak rs tersgt bhgia & rs mcm nk lari n idop dgn die je.... bl pk kn family  ak, mak abah ak, niat tu ak pendam kan aje...


makkkk... blh x mak rstu ape yg bit nk ni?? insyaallah mak.. die blh bhgiakan bit... bit knl luar dlm die mak... dgn org yg mak suke ni, bit sush nk terima.. die xblh terima bit seadanya.. bit kene jdi org lain.. bit xleh jdi diri bit yg sbnr bl dgn die.. die nk bit jdi mcm tu, mcm ni.... terseksa bit makkk... bit x mampu makk...

Perancangan jadual ke'DIET'an.. he he


Assalamualaikummmm... hehe... korang pe koba? hehe.. ak ok je weh.. tp mcm biasa la, hari2 ofis ak ni sejuk tahap mcm kat atas gunung everest je.. tp hari ni sejuknyeeee lain mcm lak... mmg sejuk banggat ni.... leh giler ni.. air-cond ni xleh lak nk slow kan.. cm nk mam**s dh ni... huhu.. hri ni xde ape2 lg yg jdi.. sume cm biasa jak... 


Pg td ak pekena roti canai ngn teh o ais.. memey meletop.. hak hak.. cmne nk kurus ni? ckap bab mkn & nk kurus ni, sorg kwn chat ak ade bgthu cara2 pemakanan utk diet. Let's shared it :


Menu Pagi :
     Quaker Oat with Honey or Milk (perghhh.. ak mmg xleh masuk Oat, mcm makan kertas je.. huhu)  OR     Roti Bakar with Kaya or Jem and Hot Tea


Menu Tengahari :
     Nasi Putih with chicken or fish and make sure have an extra vegetable and Mineral Water (kurangkan kuantiti nasi dr biasa)


Menu Malam :
     Menu mesti kurang/lebih kecil dr hidangan makan tengahari 
     (kurangkan makanan yang berminyak example ns goreng)

The 2+1 Diet Plan 


The 2 + 1 Diet plan is very easy and perfect for those who are working and have to eat out all the time. In short, most of us eat 3 meals a day. The idea is to make 2 of those meals are as healthy as possible and then for 1 meal, you are allowed to eat other foods (which deemed to be less healthy) in moderation. 


For most working adults, you can easily control what you eat for breakfast and dinner and ensure it is very healthy, but when it comes to lunch, you are limited to very few options as you most probably have to eat out. Hence why this plan is perfect, because when it comes to lunch you can eat out as per normal people. By making at least 2 out of 3 of your meals healthy, you will already start to see results.


But there are some rules you must follow in order to really see results
  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Nasi Lemak and Roti Canai does not count. You should eat breakfast cereal or sandwiches for breakfast. The tip is to eat something that is low in calories, yet fills you up and keeps you full for long periods. Oats are a great option too
  • When it comes to lunch
  • Yes you are allowed to stray a little from healthy food but do it in moderation. Eating a 3 piece KFC meal everyday (KFC hari2? muak kot) is not going to help. Try to limit fast food to once a week, and if you must eat unhealthy food, eat less of it. I would recommend eating fruits or other healthy snacks before your lunch, so this way you eat less unhealthy food because you are already half full from your pre-lunch meal.
  • Dinner should be light as well. 
  • Ideal dinners would include sandwiches, pasta, thosai, chapati or for those who are more disciplined... just fruits. (just fruits?? hak hak.. terseksa mak nok..)
  • Try to eat just 3 meals and nothing else. so no snacking in between, no teh tarik after work etc, no goreng pisang.
  • You should also try to reduce your sweet drink intake. No point eating healthily if you are going to drink 10 cans of Coke a day. So limit sweet drinks to 2 or 3 a day and no more

  • Of course as usual, if you could throw in about 30 minutes of walkking everyday or some form of exercise besides just getting up from your office chair, it will defnitely help you burn more as well.
So there you have it. A simple 2+1 Diet plan which anyone can follow and if done properly, i guarantee you will see results. So eat unhealthy food in moderation, and balance it out with 2 healthy meals every day and you will definitely see results.

The Prescott Inn Hotel....

Hye u ollssss.. hahaha.. ak kat Prescott Inn Hotel kat ngn Maju Junction tu.. jdi urusetia kursus jer.. hhehe... manyak syok jugak la... leh blaja cara2 urutan-urutan SPA utk koperasi-koperasi.. Ade ajar bab SPA tau.. smbil2 tgn kite pon akan diurut.. layanzzz.... kire mcm g SPA la.. sume ade.. urut kaki, urut tgn. facial muke, urut badan dan mcm2 lg la.. trus en. ehem2 ajak bukak SPA.. hehe.. tgk la cmne nnt.. hahaha.. makanan kebnyakannnye besttt.. en. ehem2 pon ader.. hehe..

TQ pd Nazrah yg teman ak khamis mlm jumaat hri tu dan ahad mlm isnin ni.. (means mlm ni la).. tok Ira pon TQ yer sbb teman ak jumaat mlm sabtu hari tu.. hehe..... letih gak ler.... esk balik la... means 5 hari 4 mlm.... En. Ehem2 pon TQ yer sbb teman kan i.. hak hak. giler r.. beliau tu msti panassss je kan... hehe.. bio yer...

Tak Boleh Sebut OMG...

Ralat..

Aduhaiiii.. tersilap sudah.. ak pon suke sebut OMG.. but bg ak OMG yg ak maksudkan semestinya YA ALLAH.. bkn Tuhan yg umum.. Tetap pd ALLAH YANG MAHA ESA... but lps terbc this artikal, trus ak cm jdi seram sejuk.. ak xde niat nk ckp OMG tu kat Tuhan lain. Tuhan ak hanya 1 yang TERAGUNG buat selama-lamanya iaitu ALLAH S.W.T, Pemilik Sekalian Alam...  niat ak sebut OMG tu tetap utuh utk Yang Maha Berkuasa... Allah Maha Mengetahui kan.. SENIN hari penyakit malasssss, AHAD hari yg selalunyer bessttttt... =P

Morning peps! Hari isnin sudaaaa... maleh btol nk keje.. nk cuti lg bleh x? hak hak... knp hari senin je ramai yg malas & dah xde lg nk keje.. cmne ek nk ilangkan penyakit MALAS ni?? pg2 tu nk bgun g keje lg la payah.. hampeh tol... huhu..

Nak tau dak, semalam manyak syok woo.. p tgk wyg cite AL-HIJAB ngn my lovely ehem2, my sis n my bakal 'adik ipar' hek hek... pastu duk lepak2, minum2.. mcm2 ktorg plan.. die kate ok, die join aje n die ready kwngn n bab kenderaan.. means nek kete die ler. hehehe.. itu yg best nk dgr tu.. ak ngn LIA (my sis la) rancang aje.. heheh... hope jdi la deepavali ni. mak ak pon dh bg green light.. ktorg nk g mandi manda n wat BBQ.. hehe.. aiisshhh.. x sabo lak rasa.. hehe..

Perancangan utk bln 12 ngn tahun dpn pon dh ade beb.. kemain xcited lg ktorg.. syok2... hehe.. mlm td je gduh sikit.. psl pmpuan tu lg la.. cehh.. p ngadu n kate ak p serang die... SHIAL jer.. bl tah ak serang die. klu serang sure2 ak dh maki hamun die.. ingt ak bebudk lg ke nk serang2.. plzz la.. i dh dewasa OKEY... klu ms zmn ak skolh rndah mmg sure2 la ak p serang pmpuan tu.. haha.. itu x matang punyer tindakan kot.. ape tah... menggong.. nsib ehem2 ak ckp elok2 je ngn ak.. huhu...

Slmt Hari Sabtu nk masuk Hari Ahad.. heheee~~

Salam sume.. hri ni hari Sabtu.. esok Ahad tau.. hehe... mesti korg2 tau kan.. ak kat kg nih.. tghri td, mak ak masak sup tulang daaa... giler kentang la sedapnyer.. hehe... 5kg bapak ak beli.. hak hak...

ak bosan la hri ni.. nk kuar tp xtau nk kuar ke mana.. huhu.. ehem2? sibuk ngn kwnnye yg bertunang hari ni.. (mcm la kwn die tu bkn kwn ak) hak hak.... bl turn kite lak yang? ishhh.. sush tol soalan ni kan.. hehe...

Smlm mlm ms kat umh nenek ak, dh mcm2 soalan di tanya.. hbis la ak... rmai btol yg xcited.. huhu.. hope jdi la yer... korg doa2kan tau...
